Hi, I'm Katie (Cortes) Leininger. I’ve spent the last decade of my career operating mission-driven businesses, from $0 to $65M in revenue. I recently served for 5 years as CEO of a behavioral health SaaS company, KCare and ultimately as Co-CEO of its parent company Radicle Health. Prior to this, I held senior leadership roles at Springtech, Audacy, and C432. I’m currently an Executive in Residence at Alpine Software Group.

Outside of work, I serve on the board of Fonkoze USA, a nonprofit dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty across Haiti. I love talking about data, social impact, mental health, and anything on two wheels.
