Hi, I'm Katie (Cortes) Leininger. I'm currently CEO of KCare, a mission-driven child welfare technology company, and Co-President of our parent group company, Radicle Health. I’ve spent my career working in tech, nonprofits, and social enterprises. This includes prior leadership roles at Springtech, Audacy, a venture-backed satellite data startup, and consulting firm C432, where I helped foreign investors and local startups make things happen in Haiti.
Outside of work, I serve on the board of Fonkoze USA, a nonprofit dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty across Haiti. I love talking about data, social impact, mental health, and anything on two wheels.
